Radical Capital Partners is a SPAC sponsor dedicated to identifying and bringing high-growth, innovative companies to the public markets.
Radical Capital Partners was founded on the belief that exceptional companies deserve an efficient path to the public markets. We leverage deep expertise in identifying transformative businesses and a streamlined approach to facilitate successful public market debuts.
Our approach combines rigorous due diligence, sector expertise, and operational insight to identify companies with sustainable competitive advantages and significant growth potential.
We're looking for great companies at reasonable valuations with trustworthy management teams. That's it. But here's our number one rule: no assholes.
Life is too short to spend months—sometimes years—working closely with people you don't respect or enjoy. We're selective about our partners because a SPAC transaction is the beginning of a relationship, not the end.
We identify companies that aren't just growing—they're redefining their industries.
Our disciplined approach ensures we partner with companies that have strong fundamentals.
We provide strategic guidance and access to our network of industry leaders.
We're not like most SPAC sponsors. Here's what actually sets us apart:
We want to learn about you and your business. We take a lot of meetings, speak with a lot of people, and yet we move quickly. We'll get back to you within 24 hours and give you a go/no-go decision within a week of that conversation.
24-hour response time. Go/no-go decision within a week. We aim to find a deal within 6 months and close within 12 months.
We've operated businesses, raised capital, closed deals. We know what keeps you up at night.
We've walked from $50M+ deals over culture fit. Life's too short.
We review hundreds of deals and close very few. If we're talking to you, we're serious.
We take board seats and actually help. We've been operators.
12-18 month average. Multiple rounds. Time kills deals.
Former bankers who've never run a business. Great at models, less at operations.
Clock is ticking. Need to close something before expiry. Leads to bad fits.
Looking at everything. No clear thesis. Quality is secondary.
Passive board members. You're on your own as a public company.

A disciplined approach to identifying, evaluating, and partnering with exceptional companies.
We look at hundreds of deals every year and close very few. This isn't a numbers game—we're looking for the right people, building the right companies, at the right time.
Our selectivity means that when we do move forward, we're all in. We believe in your business, we trust your team, and we're committed to helping you succeed as a public company.
Here's an example of how deal flow typically narrows from initial review to a closed transaction. Your journey through our process follows a similar path.
Stage 1: Quick Assessment
Every opportunity gets reviewed. We look at business model, market size, growth trajectory, and team quality. This initial screen takes minutes, not hours. Most opportunities don't progress beyond this stage.
Stage 2: Initial Meetings
If the fundamentals look right, we meet. Usually a 1-hour call to understand your vision, assess team chemistry, and explore mutual fit. No formal pitch deck required—just an honest conversation about your business and goals.
Stage 3: Serious Evaluation
NDA signed, books open. We conduct comprehensive due diligence: financials, legal, operations, technology, customer validation. This typically takes 6-12 weeks. We engage specialized advisors for expertise beyond our team's capabilities.
Stage 4: Formal Negotiations
We believe in your business and team. A term sheet goes out with proposed valuation, deal structure, and timeline. Now we're negotiating the details and ensuring complete alignment on vision, governance, and post-transaction partnership.
Stage 5: You're Public
Definitive agreement signed. SEC filings submitted and cleared. Shareholder vote approved. Transaction closes. You're now a publicly traded company, and we're your partners for the journey ahead.
We don't waste your time or ours. If you've made it to a conversation with us, it's because we see real potential in your business and team.
Our selectivity doesn't mean we're slow. When we find the right fit, we move quickly and decisively because we know windows of opportunity close fast.
We're looking for long-term partners, not just transactions. Culture fit and mutual respect are non-negotiable parts of our process.
